What is “Working on It?”

We’ve all been told we need to “work on our issues,” or “take care of ourselves,” but nobody ever really explains what that means, or what that’s supposed to look like. How do you “find yourself?” How do you “look for a partner without looking?” Together, we’ll try to figure out the meaning of these bullshit platitudes.
